I bought this laser pointer and the battery door wouldn't close completely. I tried to return it but they said no. I will never use this site again.

This is a neat looking little presenter with good functionality and range. It also seems very well made, so I hope it lasts! The only issue I've had so far is battery life - I've had to replace the battery already (had it 3 months) despite religiously using the on/off switch.

I'm a secondary teacher and use PPTs in my daily lessons. I purchased this presenter remote and loved its size and the flexibility of moving around the room while presenting. However, it only worked for 5-6 weeks. Changed the battery, reset the USB, etc. but nothing helped. Was very disappointed when it stopped working. I replaced it with the same item, thinking it was a 'lemon,' but the same thing happpened to the 2nd one. (stopped working after a few weeks) I will definitely purchase another presentation remote--a model from a different manufacturer--but this time I'll look more closely at consumer reviews.

This was exactly what I was looking for and it came even faster than Amazon.com promised. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life yet, but everything else works perfectly.
