The PLC-XR251 is a compact, fully portable XGA Projector with 2,600 ANSI Lumens and many automatic features that make it easy to use. Not much larger than a laptop PC, the PLC-XR251 weighs less than 5.7 pounds and delivers true XGA picture quality in a versatile, go-anywhere system. It can even be ceiling or inverse mounted for enhanced versatility. PLC-XR251 provides an "Auto Set up Function" that searches for an input signal and corrects keystone shaped distortion caused by off-center placement therefore reducing set up time. Auto Keystone Correction, Auto Input Search and Auto PC Adjustment make it a really smart projector. This model is also equipped with a Wired LAN (RJ-45) connection that allows you to manage and control the projector via a Network. It is possible to check the operating time of the lamp and manage the warning notification by email, to power ON/OFF and control switching of the input signal. You can save a lot of time managing and controlling a large installation with network these controls. The environmental friendly power consumption in standby mode is reduced to 0.4w; a reduction of 84% compared to the previous model. The dual D-Sub15 inputs offer excellent flexibility with one of the D-Sub 15 terminals capable of being switched between input and monitor output for greater programming flexibility. Using an optional adapter cable, it can even accept component video signals. Finally, the Black Board/ Color Board mode is perfect for projection on a variety of surfaces. Using “Color Board Mode” the projector is capable of adjusting the image to four variously colored (red, blue, green, and yellow) projection surfaces providing ultimate flexibility for projection directly on walls without a screen. With all of the easy use features and outstanding Sanyo quality, this is a projector with exceptional value!
